Wall ball

Good morning all hope you had a fun weekend.  I know I did.  Monday's are by far my least favorite day.  That doesn't mean I can't start the day off right with a good workout though.


Seven rounds for time of:
10 Wallball shots, 10 pound ball
10 Pull-ups
Total Time: 8:32

Extra credit: 30 min. kettlebell workout

When it comes to morning workouts I tend to stick with cardio.  I haven't conditioned myself to lift a lot of weights that early.  Originally I had planned just for the crossfit workout but I had my kettlebell with me so I figured why not get some time in with it.

Hopefully I will get another workout again later today.  Sure going to try!
