Weekend WODs

Hey all!  It has been a busy weekend.  I'm getting ready to head to bed but needed to post the two WOD I did for the weekend.

Friday:


AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
120 pound Overhead squat, 30 reps
10 Muscle-ups

Total:  0.444 rounds (60 burpees and 10 OHS)


Saturday:


AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
25 Box Jump (20 in.)
25 Push-ups
25 Air Squats
Rest for 25 seconds

Total rounds:  5  +25
