Front Squats

Not a whole lot to write about today actually.  My thumb is still sore.  Going on two weeks now.  My callus that I ripped off doesn't hurt anymore but I am keeping it clean.  The WOD today was

Front Squat 5 rounds, 5 reps each

155 pound, 155 pound, 175 pound, 195 pound, and 205 pound



I'm going to take the day off from working out tomorrow.  I'm trying to remember to take days off to give my body to recover.  Trying being the keyword!
